Job description

As part of the UK team, you will provide direct support to Operations in the day-to-day management of our flows. Your main tasks will be:

• Transport support and qualification:helping to put transports online on our platform, verifying information, monitoring assignments.

• Operational monitoring:ensuring that transports run smoothly, reporting anomalies and proposing quick solutions.

• Customer quality & processes: contributing to the monitoring of customer process implementation, analysing discrepancies and participating in continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Student at a business school, management school or university (Bac+3/4 level).

• Seeking a 4- to 6-month internship.

• Organised, thorough and detail-oriented.

• Good interpersonal skills and keen to work in a team.

• Interest in the world of start-ups and logistics.

• You are English native.
