What are you going to do?

As our new Global Remarketing Retail Business Developer, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of Ayvens’ retail remarketing strategy across B2C and B2D sales channels. You will help translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive performance improvements through data-driven insights, and support the digital transformation of our retail sales ecosystem. Working closely with central and local teams, you will contribute to enhancing sales performance, profitability, and customer experience across multiple markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation and execution of the retail remarketing strategy and roadmap across central and local markets.
• Monitoring retail sales performance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Identifying, documenting, and deploying best practices and operational guidelines to improve retail sales performance and profitability.
• Analyzing performance data and market trends to support decision-making and optimize retail sales results.
• Supporting local teams throughout the digital transformation toward the target retail ecosystem and future operating model.
• Representing business needs in central digital product development initiatives by defining requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Managing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic and operational objectives.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial awareness and project management skills. You are comfortable working in an international environment, collaborating with various stakeholders, and using data to drive business decisions. You have an interest in automotive remarketing, retail sales, and digital transformation and are motivated by delivering measurable business improvements.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is considered an advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive remarketing, leasing, fleet management, retail sales, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive remarketing processes and used vehicle retail market dynamics.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Strong commercial, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in transformation, digitalization, or retail sales initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, data analytics tools, and MS Office applications.

Fluent in English is required.
